It's Time to Start OUR MUSICALS

KHM is committed to offer the best education in music to everyone interested. The curriculum and syllabus at the school has been devised, developed and organised with regard to the requirements of all the students offering them all round learning which helps them acquire, understand and practice the knowledge with flexibility at their end. The syllabus has been created and designed keeping the most effective system – the most ancient one-to-one Guru Shishya Parampara which provides the best of personal training for the best effective outcome of each and every student.

Customisable Course

For learners to get a knowhow and a basic insight to know about music and pick things up.

Half Term Course

For learners to thoroughly learn music for a duration of 6 months at a stretch.

Regular Yearly Course

For learners who decide to devote a necessary time daily to music and have a keen interest in it.

Extended Regular Course

For learners who wish to continue music for as long as they want and stay connected.

Why starter courses?

The syllabus/curriculum has the following coures:- 1. 6 months duration course – with minimum 5 years of age including instrumental / vocal as per the student’s need including the basic knowledge of Music with Sargam ( SA RE GA MA PA DHA NI ) Sur Gyaan- AALAAP, Aaroh-Avroh, origin of sound rhythm and Laya, knowledge of Talas with the corresponding training, 20-25 Alankaras, 1-2 ragas ( Bilawal and Yaman Kalyana Ragas). Regular Online Classes / Lessons Schedule: 1 class / week ( 4 classes / month of 45 minutes duration each) 2.12 months duration course – with minimum 5 years of age including instrumental / vocal as per the student’s need including : a. Alankaras, Saragmas more than 50 with the knowledge of thorough light music comprising of the pactice of songs and bhajans of the same Thaat of the Raagas b. 5 Ragas – Bhupali , Bilawal, Allhaiya Bilaawal, Bhairav and Bihaag) which consist of detailed knowledge of Bandish – Chota khayal, Taan, Alaap both vocally / instrumentally as per the student’s subject. Regular Online Classes / Lessons Schedule: 1 class / week ( 4 classes / month of 45 minutes duration each)

Why extended regular course?

3. Extentded Regular course of 1.5 – 2 years duration – with minimum 5 years of age including instrumental / vocal as per the student’s need including : a. Alankaras, Saragmas with more than 50 the knowledge of thorough light/classical music comprising of the pactice of songs and bhajans, ghazals, thumri etc. of the same Thaat of the Raagas b. 8 Ragas – Bhupali , Bilawal, Allhaiya Bilaawal, Bhairav, Bihaag, Khamaj, Kaafi, Bhairavi) which consist of detailed knowledge of Bandish – Chota khayal, Bada khayal, Taraana, Taan, Alaap both vocally / instrumentally as per the student’s subject. c. Knowledge of Talas – Teentala, Keharva, Chartaal, Dadra, Ektaal etc. with the theory and history of the Pundit Vishnu Digambar and many other historians and concepts related to ancient vocalists. Regular Online Classes / Lessons Schedule: 1 class / week ( 4 classes / month of 50-60 minutes duration each)
